When we have a not very generous environment, where the dining area is common with the living room, the chromatic harmonization of colors must be done very carefully, and yes, you can choose dark colors if they are chosen with great care. The dining area is placed in such a way as to allow a passageway, the table was chosen with a glass top just so as not to give the feeling of “too much”, and the wall was decorated with a ‘beveled smoke mirror’ to give the environment the feeling of more space. The chandelier placed above the table gives the room more elegance, reflecting in the mirror wall and spreading the light much better throughout the room. The paintings were chosen with a chromatic of warm, pleasant colors, these being illuminated by white microspots, orientable and with warm light. To better contour the ceiling and give more elegance to this space, the black cornice defines the space as elegant and tasteful.
Living & Dining 01
The TV area was created especially for this project, it being designed and conceived taking into account the customer’s requirements. In general, standard furniture has some limitations to the TV area, and I often face this issue, not being able to put a larger TV. The decorative objects seen in the image were chosen with great care, they being integrated contextually in the project. Nothing was chosen at random.
