„You can’t start writing a new chapter in your life if you keep reading from the last one.”

Nothing goes in one direction indefinitely, just as few things go back to square one. Therefore, I think it is a mistake to believe that the current direction that seems to accompany our lives will take too long. Think about your life, for example, your relationships with others, say. There are situations that show us that no matter how hard we try, we cannot reconsider a fragile connection. We can’t revive a connection that’s over. And we keep trying, because we are used to it, either through education or through the collective unconscious that often guides our decisions, to constantly return to the previous, to try to repair, to change, to patch. And we do nothing but charge ourselves with negative emotions.
We need to stop for a moment, step back and look at the big picture, with our minds and eyes wide open.
When we observe the outer and inner nature with attention and awareness, we can clearly see that everything is cyclical.

Around us we can observe cycles in almost anything: seasons, day and night, lunar phases, phases of the day, tides, astronomical movements, and inside we can observe the menstrual cycle, circadian rhythms, breathing cycle, cycle of organ activity, phases of life (childhood, maturity, adulthood and old age).
Knowing how to live in a cyclical way has always been a spiritual practice that gives meaning to life. Therefore, assuming the cyclical life helps us to reconnect with nature, to feel an integral part of it, to know and respect it, harmonizing. If you look closely, nature shows you what to do, you just have to keep your eyes open for it. The same bud will never bloom in the same place on the branch, in the same shape or color, it will always be different, evolved. No tree complains that its leaves are falling, because it knows that, after the winter, it will bloom again.

Life itself is made up of cyclicity: defeats and victories, injuries and recoveries, offenses and compliments, sadness and joy. It is important to know how to enjoy what is, realizing that it is not forever and that everything changes, not to cling to the past and not just live for the future. It is important to find in us motivations, passions, interests, resources of all kinds. It is important not to complain about what it was, but to embrace what it can be. And the secret is our ability to adapt to what appears, regardless of the situation.
For, after our leaves fall, after snow covers us, we will always bloom, more beautiful, richer, more full of life and color.
